Fayette County CEO students get the opportunity to tour so many amazing businesses. The Class of 2025 began their year off strong with a tour to 1st Phorm HQ in St. Louis. We were able to observe high expectations and superior culture at play. One of the biggest takeaways was to go the extra mile and surround yourself with people to hold you accountable to do so. Our tour guides, Collin and Jaime, are passionate, hardworking, and hold themselves to incredibly high standards. They make an intentional effort to make an impact on everyone they come into contact with.
