This, in turn, affects sale price. We also learned about different types of competitive advantages. Rick, Cindy, and Mary also left us with great advice: 1) Grades and work ethic matters. 2) Don’t be afraid to chase opportunity. 3) Make more deposits in your “relationship bank” than withdraws.
