One of the coolest aspects of CEO is getting to explore area businesses. Today we were at the new trampoline park in Effingham, The Arena. We joined Clay County CEO for this experience. We heard from the owner and founder, Darren Rennels. He spoke to us about the research that goes into starting your own business such as demographics, competition, government regulations, building codes, hiring employees, etc. The team clearly had a great time!
