About half of new businesses make it to the 5 year mark. Research, preparation, and proper planning can help to alleviate some of the issues that new businesses face.

The Midland crew was in today to help us through all the components of a business plan. We covered everything that may go into starting a new business: market research, branding, financial planning and projections, organization, management, marketing, legal/insurance, filing with the state. The students were able to work through some parts of their own personal business plans today and set goals for the future.
